when the Bobcats were a playoff team that went 44-38? I mean, their roster wasn't terrible... they had Tyson Chandler, Stephen Jackson, Raymond Felton, and Gerald Wallace. Oh and then they got swept by the Magic first round xD

yeah, but chandler only averaged like 6 points a game and didnt play many minutes.

i know, but still its amazing to me how a team can go from a borderline playoff team to one of the worst teams in history in like 2 years and without really losing ALL that much

Yeah I remember. They still weren't great but they were the 8th seed

they were an OK team. Gerald Wallace was an all star and a complete beast, he was averaging 10 RPG!

And they were pretty good that year but they lost a couple of guys in the FA and some guys got injured. Then they decided to basically unload all that talent for picks and expiring contracts so they could rebuild.
