Former NBA guard Eddie House has been appearing on television shows, but he still hopes to return to the NBA for another season.
“I’m still working out. I’m waiting to get a call,” House said this past week. “If I get one, I get one. I’ll be ready. But if I don’t, just trying to open up other doors. Hopefully something good happens.”
House, 34, was waived by the Miami Heat before last season. He went through one tryout a season ago that went well, but no offer was made.
“It just seems like they’re not calling, for whatever reason,” said House, who has played 11 NBA seasons. “I’m healthy right now, in good shape, feel good.”
