Yeah... I can just put a ton of money on them to win the championship and buy more expensive stuff than I woulda got for Christmas or my birthday anyway

I would definitely do that since I haven't celebrated my birthday the last six or seven years... I don't care about the gifts, really.

I don't even get that much for my birthday, plus I wouldn't mind giving up presents for a full century to see the Warriors win a championship... that's priceless.

Yes.
I've never experienced a team that I really like win it all. Sure the Yankees have, but I don't like baseball so it doesn't mean anything to me. The Giants have won 2 while I've been alive but I'd be 100x happier if it was the Minnesota Vikings winning the SB since they're my favorite team.
And of course the Knicks haven't won it all in forever.
