So far, would you consider Lin a bust for the Houston Rockets, or is his 11 points and 6 assists per game what was originally expected by most fans?

Think most knew he had a hot streak in NY and knew it wouldn't be an all the time thing. He is their #2 option right now behind Harden, but showed what he can do against San Antonio the other night. Still has a lot of work to do, but I don't think he can be considered a bust.

Considering all the hype received prior to the season sure, but its a bit too early in the season to write him off as a bust especially coming off his performance against the Spurs. He's really just struggling with his shot but that can be rectified as the season wears on.

Overpaid, but he's a good player. He's not really a pointguard, more of a 2 guard. Since Harden is getting the ball most of the time Lin's averages won't be as high as in NY games streak
It can be done..

He's a bust in Houston, at first I'm too excited for Lin because he's now the face of Houston. BUT..

Nope. I knew he wasn't going to beas good as he was in NY. Come on, he couldn't play on that level for a whole sason. He isn't playing great but I didnt expect him to.

He's doing about exactly how I predicted him to do. So to me he's doing quite well.

Yes the reason he scored 38 was because the spurs were not really coming in the game with a plan to focus on Lin. They were focused on parsons who was the main option that game, and Patrick Patterson. And Lin just sneaked in between the spurs game plan.

One good game doesn't change his pathetic season averages of 10 points on 38% shooting

I expected him to not be as good as when he was during Linsanity, but I think that it's a little too early to call him a bust.

Nah, I don't think he's a bust. I still think he has a lot of potential. He's not quite a top 10 point guard, but if he continues to work hard at his craft, he could be one.

Lin isn't busting right now. He did have 38 points in his last game and almost beat the Spurs. He'll pick it up later on the year. I didn't think he would do as well as he did in the Linsanity era but I've been kind of dissapointed in Lin.

He's not doing as good as they thought he would be doing, I know that is for sure.

The main reason Lin haven't been as good this season is that he hasn't been able to get the ball in his hands as much as he was allowed in NY when Melo and Amare were injured, Do you guys think that Lin scoring 38 in Harden's absence is just a coincidence?
