The 2009 NBA draft has only one superstar player as of right now and that's Blake Griffin , but this year NBA analyst are expecting James Harden , Stephen Curry , Brandon Jennings , Jrue Holiday to be selected as all star players this season. Their most likely going to be reserves or wild cards from the coaches selection. Somebody like James Harden can be more then just a all star level 2 guard in the league. He has the potential to be at the best in his position and get to elllite level.
Don't forget Tyreke Evans can be a ellite level guard in the league one day. He has all the parts , but needs to improve on some aspects like his jumpshot/leadership. Also , Rick Rubio is one special point guard. He has great vision and every coaches dream of the perfect point guard.

Griffin is the only player of the 2009 draft that has the potentials to be a superstar.
But to be honest, I only consider a clear cut superstar Derrick Rose from the 2008 draft although a case can be made for Love.
But the draft of 2008 had more depth than the 2009 one and the trio of Rose, Love and Westbrook is pretty damn good. And you also got solid or better than solid players like Mayo, Gordon, Hibbert, Ibaka, Lopez, Batum etc.
The 2009 draft has pretty good players like those you mentioned plus, Lawson, Evans, Teague... and of course the best player of the draft... Taj Gibson!
But seriously, Rose, Love and Westbrook give it to the 2008 class.

I'd say the 2008 one.

2008 was one of the deepest drafts in history, if not the best. A lot of talent to come out of that year and even a few sleepers. 09 was a solid draft but not even close to 08, which i think was the 2nd best draft this decade.
