Amnesty Amare so we can sign CP3.
Then trade Chandler+More for Howard.
That would never happen though haha.

Yeah, Atlanta seems like the only fit really. Paul was born in North Carolina, which is close to Atlanta and he had said somewhere earlier that the Hawks were interesting to him. Dwight was actually born in Atlanta, so I could see him going there. Atlanta is the only place where the salaries would work within the cap space and where they could win quickly. However, I don't see them teaming up. I think that they've bought into their current teams. How could cap work. Atlanta seems like the only place it would be remotely possible since Smith's contract is gone after this season yet they still need to clear out more.

I doubt Chris Paul is leaving the Clippers because their developing into a really good team. As for Dwight, it's still very possible that he wants to go to Brooklyn
Not after Brook signed that deal..

but
UTAH
They have enough money to sign them both if they wanted just from expirings alone.
Howard
Favors
Carroll
Hayward
CP3
Not good enough at SF or PF position but then they would have their pick of the free agent market. 41m is the amount coming off their books!

Paul resigns with LAC
Clips don't resign Billups to clear cap space
Clippers trade DeAndre Jordan, Eric Bledsoe, and a draft pick for Dwight Howard - Lakers do this if Dwight finishes the season with below his normal stat numbers and the lakers don't win the title (which seems very possible at this point even though it's early)... And they realize that Dwight + Kobe just doesn't work well because Kobe has to have the ball so much and is still playing at a high level. And they would really like to have a young PG like Bledsoe that's having somewhat of a breakout year who can take over once Nash retires. Especially since all the backups they have like duhon and Morris aren't playing good at all. And Deandre is sort of a poor man's Dwight Howard because they both are extremely athletic, run the floor well, block shots, and suck at free throws... But deandre might work better with the lakers because he doesn't have to have the ball as much as Dwight does. And could you imagine Nash throwing alley ops to Deandre!? Both teams would benefit.
Clippers lineup-
PG - Paul
SG - Crawford
SF - Butler
PF - Griffin
C - Dwight
Lakers lineup-
PG - Nash/Bledsoe
SG - Kobe
SF - MWP
PF - Gasol
C - Deandre
