Which of these teams would win if they were to play today? You have to take into account how they're doing at the current moment, not at the best points of their careers.

SG - J.R. Smith
SF - Luol Deng
PF - Pau Gasol
C - Gustavo Ayon
Team B:
PG - Jameer Nelson
SG - Monta Ellis
SF - Rudy Gay
PF - Andrea Bargnani
C - Marcin Gortat
I tried to make both teams as even as possible so that it's not too easy of a choice. Let me know which team would win and why. Also, let me know which player would win MVP of this game and tell me why. Looking forward to seeing what you guys say!

For my part team A. We can't say that Gasol is playing bad because he was playing while being injured. Smith can score as good as Monta. Jason Kidd is a better passer and he can score when he knows the team needs it. Loul Deng scores as much as Rudy plus he grabs more rebounds. Gasol > Bargnani no need to explain.
Gortat has not been playing good but still better than Ayon. But we really don't know who is better exactly because Ayon averages 11 minutes per game while Gortat average 30 + minutes. Ayon has potential to be good and for the MVP part i gotta go with Deng. His effort on the glass and how he scores the ball. He is a true team player like the other 11 Bulls players!

Team B is a blowout against Team A. Old Kidd + JRS vs Monta Ellis almost prime + jameer nelson? rudy gay vs deng (almost close..)? and then a sharpshooter PF with a baller C.
Ayon is terrible compared to Gortat. Why only 11mpg? Because he's not even starter...PER 36m for ayon is 9ppg 9rpg, gortat higher even w/ 30mpg.
