Derek Fisher asked for yet another release earlier today . Stating " He wanted to be with his family". Now lets take a little trip back in time , the last time he asked for a release while playing for the Utah Jazz just a few days later he signed with the lakers .

His stint with the Mavs proves that he still can be a solid/below average bench player but I don't think we should play him over Blake. May be a better shooter than him but overall I think Blake is better. But then again, I wouldn't mind if he were to come back on a one year deal.
