Bird's one of the GOAT passers but he don't have the speed/lateral movement to play PG, Durant and Gervin have really good handles on the perimeter but they're not PG's.
On the other side Durant can be put on a PG like Magic but his D ain't nothing special and that's Magic.
Gervin was really great but not as Jordan.
Bird vs LeBron, not a crystal clear overall advantage for either side.
Russ can bother Dirk, although Dirk will still have his impact.
Hakeem vs Kareem, read Bird vs LeBron.
Team A has better inside with Kareem and Russ, also better perimeter D with Jordan and LeBron. Hakeem is one of the GOAT defensive players, Bird was pretty good defensively, Gervin/Durant/Dirk are solid at best defensively, one more than other.
Team A is more organized, everyone can have their role, they could mesh well, plus they have a PG lol.
Team A of course.

Wouldn't Bird, Durant, and Dirk outscore their opponents?
Hakeem Vs. Kareem would be close.
So that would mean MJ would have to go off on Gervin but Gervin would still knock down his shots.

lmao, we all saw it.
Anyways I've said it before having handles is different than being a good ballhandler, plus Bird was a pretty good ballhandler and also had some handles, but like I've said he lacks the speed/lateral movement to play fulltime PG. Again he's one of the GOAT passers but not a PG, not even the main ballhandler most of the time for his team.

If they don't have a legit PG that can be at least a decent passer, to bring the ball up court, handle the ball most of the time, let them move off ball... They would be under major disadvantage since neither of those guys ever played fulltime PG.
Either way I can tell you that team A outscores team B at the end of the game.

team shooter would rotate the ball around the perimeter like the Knicks .. & we're talking hall of famers

The Knicks have Kidd and Felton though.
I'm not saying they couldn't but they would be under major disadvantage, and they're going against an amazing team.
