No losing teams:
OKC:21-5
Denver:15-13
Minnesota:13-12
Utah:15-14
Portland:13-13
The talent may drop off from OKC, but all those teams could make the playoffs.
How tough is the Northwest Division?

It's getting tougher. Remember when like every team in this division were bad except for Denver? Minnesota was getting lottery picks, the Blazers were okay, Utah was Utah, and OKC tanked... hard. Now, all of these teams have legitimate chances of making runs for the playoffs and are all very young teams that have a lot of talent and potential.

This is definitely the best division in the league. You have the best team in he West and a bunch of other solid teams. Almost every one of those teams are playoff teams.
