In this thread, we'll be keeping track of LeBron James' journey to start the season coming off the marvelous one he had last year. So far, LeBron has scored 20 or more points in 28 straight games, which ties him with Kevin McHale and puts him just 17 games behind George Gervin's record of 20-plus point games to start an NBA season. We'll keep track of LeBron's scoring totals in this thread and see if he will be able to make history.

Well, this record is about a single season (and yeah Wilt had at least one season where he scored 20+ in every game) but this record is about the modern history of the NBA (aka post merger).
