Miamis lack of big men and thus rebounding (rank 29th in rebounds per game in the entire league)

-OR-

Clippers poor half-court play (Only a few players can create their own shot and Clippers prove to be a below-average half-court team. Look at last night for them against Denver, maybe it was a bad game but when you slow down the Clippers offense and stop them from getting out on the break your chances of winning greatly increase)

Obviously the Clippers. Miami are champions in spite of their flaw.

Its a new year, teams have restocked and greatly improved, their flaw can be more exposed this season.

It depends on the match ups. If Miami faces Boston it won't be a problem, but if they face Chicago/Atlanta the big men will be an issue.

It's the same flaw though and they already won it all.

Who is more reliant on whom, the Heat on LeBron or the Clippers on CP3? Just in your opinion.

Out of those two flaws, Miami's is easily the greater one.

I don't even know if the Clippers have such a problem. Haven't notice that. It's one thing to be unstoppable in the open court and it's another to have problems in half court.
When you have Paul who is one of the best in the league at creating scoring opportunities for everyone (including hiself) and a guy like Crawford who can easily create his own shot, I don' think you have a big problem.
They also got Griffin who has go-to moves now.

Still though, despite this huge flaw, the Heat are better.

they had the same flaw and also lost it all 2011...
and the flaw shifted as their lineup shifted.

Miami's size issue is the bigger problem, because the Clippers can fix their half-court play.
