Davis can still outperform him. It will be real close I think.

Lillard is an obvious choice for rookie of the year. From clutch shots to court vision, from good rebounding to good paint scoring... he has a three, he sees the plays well, he's very confident with the ball with or without pressure... the guy has everything to become a superstar. He just needs to improve on the defensive end and he'll be perfect as a basketball player in my eyes at least.
