This may sound like a dumb question, but I thought of it during last night's game against the Magic when one of the commentators said, "Stoudemire's new eye-wear seems to effect his vision." I might have to agree. The goggles seem very bulky. If you notice these goggles vs the new ones, it's harder to see from the corner of your eye. Amar'e used those goggles while playing in the second half of the 2010-11 season with Carmelo and with D'Antoni as coach. And in that season, STAT & Melo were okay playing together. In the 2011-12 season, they were atrocious. Is it a possibility?

Uhhhh Stoudemire's JUST coming back from injury and is playing off the bench. You can't expect him to put up the same production as he did last year when he's coming off the bench and that he's just coming back from injury.

That's true. He had to deal with injury & his brother's death last season also.

Amare has been on the way down for a while now. He wasn't the same last year and he isn't the same now. He might have shed a few tears in his return against the Blazers, but in the end, Knicks' fans were the ones crying

 Nobody was crying. He wasn't going to score 30 on his first night back. He'll be rusty for the next week or so.

Honestly I don't why he changed them, but as I see it may effect his play a lil bit but I'm pretty sure he can adjust to it .
