Because the league doesn't want the refs to be yelled at everytime they make a questionable call? (its usaully never actually questionable to anyone but the player)

If they allow every single player to act like a kid and scream everytime he thinks a bad call made, when would it stop?

If it's ok for Rondo to bump a ref, what stops the next 10 players to slightly bump a ref every game?

Refs have a hard enough job watching every single movement each player does (travels, fouls, loose ball fouls, ETC ETC)..they don't need a player to come in their face and complain about it, making their job that much harder. Or have some immature brat come and bump into them when they can't hold their anger in.

The league puts these strict rules so the refs don't get killed(not literally obviously) out on the court everytime a game is going on.

As far as superstar treatment goes? That's how it works. Certian players can complain, certian can't. Almost all NBA players complain but you have to know your limits. No one can touch purposely though. That's just the rules.

The fines for complaining after games are stupid and the staring techincals are stupid...the techincals for complaining or being suspended for physical contact is justified. Don't get in the refs face, don't touch him, don't keep yelling at him.

It's not like these rules are new, players know what they are doing.
