Sonics will be the Sonics. City of Seattle bought their name when they left...Should've never left Seattle.

Sacramento has the most diehard fan base in California. Sucks they have to lose the Kings...California already has 4 teams... They'll be okay if they only have 3. Seattle has such great sports fans and any of u that follow the NFL should know what I'm talking about. The Seattle Seahawks probably have the best home crowd in the league. That town deserves a basketball team. Sorry ppl from Sacramento... Go cheer for another California team

I remember the pre and during Mitch Richmond years.
They were awful but they'd sell out enough to be middle of the pack in the NBA, which was good for a small market area. For some reason it's been more so now that the fanbase has been lagging. Probably because of the Maloofs handling of the new arena and some backhanded statements towards the city.
