Well outside of Miami, the East is lacking any contenders until the Bulls get Rose back and New York figures their problems out

I wouldn't even assume that they'll get that far if they don't fix their issues on the glass....but for the sake of the topic I see the NY Knicks facing off against the Heat. I actually have them in the Finals.

After beating them in two games this season, I'd love to see the Knicks and the Heat in the ECF. Although, I think Miami will turn it up come that time.

As of right now, we can say that it'll be the Knicks.

Although, the Bulls, with Rose back, They have the same, if not more chances.

Needless to say, it pretty much depends on Rose's condition come playoff time.

I doubt it. I think the Knicks are a WAY better team this year

I'm with CP. I got NY penciled in the Finals.

Go.

I think the Knicks or Pacers have the only legit shot at beating the Heat this year out of the east in a 7 game series. Even if the Bulls get Rose back I doubt he will be at peak performance. Knicks have the fire power to beat the Heat and the Pacers have the physical edge and defense to beat the Heat. I still think the Heat come out of the East this year when it is all said and done, although I hope not as the only team in the east I hate more than the Heat are the Bulls.

Personally, I think that the Knicks have the best chance. They have their superstar in Melo, a bunch of good three point shooters like Smith, Novak, Wallace, and Kidd, have some great/solid defenders in Iman Shumpert, Ronnie Brewer, Tyson Chandler and Jason Kidd, and have some good point guard play with Felton and Pigaroni. I don't see anyone else challenging the Knicks for an ECF spot to face Miami, unless Derrick Rose somehow goes back to playing like an MVP after his injury and everything clicks for Chicago. Even then, I'd still go with the Knicks even if a healthy Derrick Rose was playing.

CELTICS LOLOLOL, remember this team always used to be [expletive deleted] in season but in playoffs time it's kinda different, I am suggesting celtics assuming they fix their problems and start playing better, with bradley back seems like the rhythm is better plus we can beat those knicks, pacers, hawks, please those teams are season teams not playoffs, maybe knicks exceptional since they signed some good veterans( but if they lose that mentality game like melo did against kg we may look at some upsets) but then of course if we don't meet the heat in first or second rounds

I forgot. Some of you guys are young and have probably never used it or know what a pencil is.

It has this device on the other end... its called an eraser.

Its like the delete button on a computer.

Thus... the term "penciled in"... meaning temporarily or as of now.

Got it?! Okay.

Class dismissed.

Heat will step it up once playoffs are around. You're a Thunder fan you should know about this... look at how the Heat stepped up Vs your team in the Finals
