17 mil isn't THAT much in terms of spending. That's like contracts for two mediocre players.lol my Giants were only supposed to spend 120 but I guess winning a world series makes you want to spend more lol.

I was shocked too, but when you think of it, the Marlins gave up Josh Johnson and Jose Reyes to the Blue Jays. So, the Marlins did dump alot of their salary cap.A's > Marlins?

it wasn't picking anybody up it was resigning's I guess Angel Pagan and NLCS MVP Marco Scutaro are mediocre..
