Good decision for me. He left Barca only because of the pressure and the added media intrusion, in Germany they are much more relaxed and Bayern Munich are one of the most respected clubs in Europe for a reason.

Is a safe job, he's guaranteed to clean up domestically and Bayern Munchen will be in a contention for the Champions League too. Premier League would have been a far bigger test.
