According to reports, the New York Knicks have landed Beno Udrih. His contract is a one-year, league minimum deal.
In 22 minutes per game, Udrih averaged 8.2 points and 4.6 assists for the Orlando Magic last season. He shot 44% from the field, and 33% from the three-point line.
The 9-year-veteran was originally drafted by the San Antonio Spurs. He has also played for the Sacramento Kings and Milwaukee Bucks. Over the course of his career, Beno Udrih has proven to be a consistent player filled with a ton of hustle and effort.
Udrih is expected to come off the bench for point guard Raymond Felton. The Knicks also have Pablo Prigioni, who is expected to be the third point guard off the bench for New York.
The Knicks have also added Andrea Bargnani, Metta World Peace, Tim Hardaway Jr, CJ Leslie, and Jeremy Tyler this off-season. Additionally, New York managed to re-sign J.R. Smith and Kenyon Martin.
